my bank changed the way you sign onto your online account, and today, after using the new system without any problems for about a week now, i manage to lock myself out. i've been on hold now for 20 min to get a person (presumably in India- a whole other issue i know) to fix this so i can access my account. good thing i didn't have anything to pressing to do at work this afternoon.

grrrrr.

32 mim to get a person who i spoke with for 30 sec, she had to transfer me to the online dept... and i'm on hold again...
