Suddenly back to more night feedings

DD, who is almost 11 weeks old now, was doing one night feeding (around 3 or 4 a.m.), but this week she has suddenly started to wake up more during the night and want to eat. I'm wondering what's going on (growth spurt, maybe?) and what if anything I can do.

I should add that it has been harder to get her to nap during the day now. Sometimes she crashes in the late afternoon, which probably isn't ideal. Also, she seems to need an earlier bedtime now. 

Anyone else experiencing this or have any suggestions?
