Help!! Colic or milk sensitivity?!

So LO cries all the time, he's never asleep, it's insane! Now the pedi told us he's just colicky, but idk if I really trust her... LO is always arching his back, crunching up and screams bloody murder. Today he's cried from 2pm until now 11pm... He's super gassy, always wants more and more to eat. He doesn't spit up as much now that we got switch to Gentlease, but he only poops about every day and a half and it's not seedy anymore... More like green almost waxy, thick peanut butter poo. He also still has baby acne on more than just his face too, which I heard could be a milk sensitivity too. Any help mamas? Dh works over the road and this is getting so hard to handle, nothing I try seems to work anymore.
