Night/ formula issues

Ok so we switched LOs formula to Goodstart gentle because similac and enfamil both bugged him...now he's gassy but not pooping. I am also breast feeding as much as I can.

The night  before last he slept 5 hrs straight but last night was back to every 2 hrs. I have to swaddle him when he is asleep or he fights it.  We are also transitioning from the RnP to the crib soon. 

 Anyone have constipation issues on Goodstart gentle? I'm rambling from sleep deprivation, but my other question is- do you guys keep them awake awhile before bed? When he didn't nap in the evening is when he slept better but he was also overtired. Last night he napped before bed and had a bad night again. Ideas?
