Moms of 2+: older siblings adjusting

Well, I knew DD#1 would have a hard time adjusting, but holy cow!  She has been a nightmare since we got home from the hospital.  Screaming, EXTREMELY defiant, nasty, demanding (as in "No!  I wanna do it NOW!"), crying more than the baby.  She's been potty trained for almost 2 years, and this morning she pooped in her pants!

Please tell me I'm not the only one....how do you deal with this on 2 hours of sleep & after having a c/s??
