10 week growth spurt?

Is anyone else experiencing more waking at night and constant BFing with their little one?  I am at my wits end with no sleep and wondering if she is hitting a GS.  She was 9 weeks sunday.  Prior to she has been always a sleep fighter but lately she is waking up almost hourly at night as opposed to her normal 2 feedings and back to bed.  Anyone?  Sometimes I wonder if I am suffering from PPD as I just feel my skin crawl with anxiety at times. I don't know if I am normal or if it is what others feel?  The constant battle to get her to sleep so she is less fussy at awake times seems never ending.
