For those who use the Rock N Play?

LO is 3 weeks old, she grunts and spits up all night (and all day for that matter) I am contacting her ped to see if they have any suggestions but it sounds like the Rock N Play might be a good investment. I have a few questions is it pretty deep? LO tends to roll up to her side if she did that in the Rock N Play would she fall out of be pressed against material? Or is the nature of it at she wouldnt roll to her side? Also how long can they sleep in it? Do you feel totally comfortable with LO sleeping in it overnight while you are asleep? It looks like it might be a heaven send but I want to make sure it is safe. Would love to hear any and all opinions! Thank you.
