back to work vent

I am going back to work next month however not sure how that is going to work.  My hours at work are flexible I am a cna in home care my question is that how do u go back when there not sleeping through the night?  my dh gets home at 3am and i would start at 9am he is going to watch lo while I am at work then we will switch off then i will be with him.  lo is going to be a month old on friday and he sleeps about 3hrs a stretch after u get through the 11 to 1am crank out.  i am ready to work money is tight however i don't know if the timing will be right if i should wait untill after the holidays. thanks for letting me vent
