Happy Monday!

I slacked last week with the post (and sorry to admit, with my eating and exercising as well), and need to kickstart my motivation again. So, I decided to get back to starting my day with a good breakfast. Today, it was raspberry greek yogurt, a banana and coffee. Doesn't sound like much, but it really does keep me going for a good part of the morning.

Anybody have some good go-to breakfasts that are quick to make, to eat, and are satisfying?

So excited - planning on making the baked pumpkin oatmeal from Annies's Eats this weekend while my MIL is in town. I have made it a couple times already, and it is beyond amazing!
