Purple crying?

For the last four or five days my LO has been SCREAMING CRYING for almost three hours. It is relentless and nothing I do soothes her. It's always in the evening starting around 730 or 8 after I have given her a bath and nursed her. Could this be purple crying? I feel so bad she is so upset and it is so loud!
