Baby's 1st cold :(

He's been at daycare for 4 days and already has a cold. I knew it would happen and I know he'll be building up immunity, but dang it, that was fast. It broke my heart when I watched him come to the realization that he couldn't breathe through his nose very well and started crying. We're bulb syringing and using saline drops (pedi suggested these at the 2 mth visit). Anything else we can do?
