Spitup Question

For the past 3 days my LO has been spitting up A LOT! She has never really been a spit-up baby. I have not had to increase her formula in almost a month, so i know its not over eating. (I actually posted a few days ago about being concerned that I hadn't had to increase, but you all said as long as she is gaining then she is fine) There is no change in her routine, sleeping habits, formula or anything like that. She just started spitting up. She doesn't cry when she does it either so I don't think its reflux. Can babies develop reflux at 3 months?
