if your LO cluster feeds at night

How do you decide which side to feed on each time?  Sometimes DS will eat for an hour or more straight.  In that case I usually switch sides after 30 minutes.  However, sometimes he'll snack for 5-10 minutes, nap for 10 minutes, repeat, repeat, repeat.  (This happens most nights for 2-4 hours before bed.)  So then I never know which side to go to.

What do you do?
