This schedule is killing me!

I know dd's schedule is totally age appropriate and better than a lot of people are getting, but with dh and ds added in, I'm so tired!

Right now dd gets her last bottle around 7 and is asleep by 7:30/8.  But I have to hold her until around 8:30 to make sure she's really asleep before putting her down for the night.  Then I go to bed at 9, but can't usually fall asleep till 9:30 because I just need time to unwind.  Dh comes to bed around 10/10:30 and that wakes me up.  Then dd is up to eat around midnight.  That feeding takes about an hour until I can put her down again.  Then she's up again around 4:30/5, and after that feeding, I have to jump in the shower so that I can be out in time for dh to shower before he leaves for work, since ds gets up right around that time too (6ish).
