cold hands at night

Now that my LO doesn't like to be swaddled and its starting to get colder at night, I've noticed her hands get very cold at night. Does this mean she is too cold? I have her in cotton footed pjs and a fleece Halo Sleep Sack. She seems to be fine and sleeps great but I just want to make sure I'm not freezing her at night. Sorry if this is a dumb question, but as a FTM I just want to get all the good advice I can.
