Spit up!!

We have been fortunate to not have too many major spit up incidents, I think since baby is breast feeding(?), but just tonight our LO had one of those moments when she drank a pumped bottle and then 10 min later we had projectile spit up all over baby, my husband, the couch ... the kind that requires a bath as clean-up. Baby is just under three weeks and this is probably the third time this has happened. My question is, when she spits up like that, is she still getting anything down? Is she getting the nutrients she needs? Or should I be planning to feed her again sooner than I would normally because she lost an entire feeding ...?
