Suggestions for a cradle style baby sling/carrier?

We already have a front facing carrier (Baby Bjorn) but I feel like LO is too little and I'm not comfortable using that until he can hold his own head up.  In the meantime I'd like to try using a cradle style carrier like Balboa Baby but am undecided as I read a few reviews that were not so favorable.  Does anyone have experience with any other cradle style carriers?  I've seen Moby mentioned several times but it looks awfully complicated and someone just recently said in a post that it slides down alot.  Would be happy for any other suggestions.  Thanks!
