Burping at night?

Do you burp LO after nighttime feedings? DS has reflux and often is gassy, so I'm worried that not burping him will have a negative effect. When I do burp him, he almost always wakes up (after falling asleep at the breast) and then I have to go through the whole rocking/walking/patting routine to get him back to sleep.

Do you burp LO at night? If not, does it seem to contribute to gas or other problems?
