swollen glands under my armpit - anyone else?

I am not breastfeeding (due to medications I take) so at day 7, my breasts are engorged but I think the worst is over. However, I have about 3-4 lymph nodes (milk ducts?) that are swollen to the point that you can see them under my armpit.

normal? anything I can do about it?
