Newborn breastfeeding question

My baby is a week old today, and was a perfect feeder up until a few days ago. Now it seems like she just plays with my nipple when she should be eating. She slurps it, pulls it in and out of her mouth, and shakes her head rapidly back and forth. This can go on for 15 minutes or more. I've tried different positions an everything but nothing seems to help. Any suggestions?
