Hi there -

Just wanted to introduce myself. This is my first pregnancy and I've really been enjoying this board.  Its so nice to read about similar things others are going through, especially since we haven't told many people yet and I have so many questions!  I had my first OB appointment yesterday and everything looks good so far....so I'm feeling pretty excited. It was amazing to see the baby on the ultrasound! Its starting to feel real!!
