Talk to me about your PP BC?

I'm thinking about getting implanon. Has anyone had good luck with that form of BC? I have only known one of my friends to have used it and she had no side effects.

I wouldn't think twice about getting it done but my OB made quite a few weird comments about irregular bleeding when discussing the side effects. She kept saying that most women would rather not deal with the amount of irregular bleeding that comes with the implant. I couldn't get her to give more details on the amount she was implying.
