11 week old now catnapping

My son will only sleep for 20 mintues at a time no matter what I do.. Swaddle, Rock, paci..

This is a sudden change. At night overtired and hard to get to sleep. Last night I got him down at 10pm and he was up every 2.5 hrs. Not sure what to do.

 

Any advice?
