Any Mommy's in the DMV Area?

I've been lurking on the DC Area Board but notice a lot of the women on there either have children already or are much further a long in their pregnancy. Is any one on here from the DMV area? And if so how are you planning to choose the hospital you deliver in? Also any parenting or birthing classes that you could reccommend?
