Moms, baby's first cold. Help.

So I spoke to her pedi and he said theres pretty much nothing I can do if she gets a cold other than to let it run its course. What can I do to help her? Shes got the stuffy nose and cough. No fever yet. I keep using the bulb on her nose, she hates it but I gotta get what I can out. We have tylenol in case of fever but he said not to give it to her unless its over 99.3. I deal with congestion daily, no OTC allergy meds are strong enough for me, haven't tried the shot yet, but I hate hearing her nose and seeing her not feeling well. Any advice to help her would be greatly appreciated.
