So it seems the only thing since high school that has kept my acne in check and kept my skin from freaking out is Vichy salycic acid moisturizer, which my dr. told me is a no-go now that I'm knocked up. So the face is looking a little spotty. What are some gentle pg friendly acne helpers that you ladies have found that actually work, and don't dry out your skin?
