Second-time moms

I was just curious if there was anything you bought, forgot to buy or recommend buying before your new baby came.  I am currently in the process of washing all DS's preemie and newborn clothes, and cleaning up the strollers and other "equipment".  I feel like I have everything I need besides some diaper rash cream, diapers and wipes.  What am I forgetting?  Its been way too long since I've had a new baby!  Also, I have Dr. Brown's bottles, but know they have gone BPA free since then.  Do I really need to buy the BPA free kind or can I just be careful with how I warm them up like I did with DS?  What else am I forgetting?  Thanks so much!
