Is it colic or something else???

Hello All Once Again I Have Another Question!!!!

Ok my DD turned 3 weeks on this past saturday and just recently (around last thursday) she has been crying non-stop. Usually she sleeps all day and only wakes up twice at night!!! I know awesome right? But now she started out of no where crying from 10am to 5pm non-stop and NOW she wake up at 7 am and cries to like noon (gets tired of crying and doeses off for maybe 5-15 minutes at a time...) ..... Everyone is getting over being sick (curse u cold weather) and my DD has a stuffy nose. I use the mucus sucker everyother time I change her but shes still stuffy. It's hard for her to breathe so I'm wondering is she crying cause of colic or cause of a stuffy nose and difficulty breathing???
