anyone else just feel generally 'sick'? not exactly m/s

with my first pregnancy i was very definitely nauseas all day and throwing up multiple times. i went on zofran and it helped with that.

this pregnancy so far, i'm definitely nauseas a lot, but i also just feel 'sick'. like i have the flu or something. i get dizzy, i get the chills, then i'm hot, my body aches. it's not just exactly m/s --it's like i'm just yuck all over. my husband is worried but i just keep telling him i think it's first tri misery and i have to wait it out. at least with the vomiting zofran was my fix....i feel like there isn't a fix for this general stuff.

anyone else just feel 'yuck'?
