If LO uses RNP for sleep, when did you transition to crib? How?

We put DD in the RNP pretty early on b/c of her major gas issues and I think being on the incline has really helped her. Just wondering when others are/have transitioned to the crib and how it went. Did you do anything special or just plop them in there? She is already in her bedroom in the RNP so we have the white noise going, etc.
