Giving milk in bottles - how much?

I have been giving 3 oz when we give a bottle, but I think she wants more. It seems like I either nurse her afterward (with her swallowing a lot) or give her another ounce. Other times she takes a long time to finish the 3oz. I usually give a bottle a day now.

How did you know how much to give your LO?
