My super scary U/S moment

I was beyond excited for my 8 week u/s so when I went in, I could barely contain my joy, until the nurse did an external u/s and measured my 8 weeks 2 day baby at 7wks1day with a faint heartbeat, I cried soo bad until my doctor came in and did a transvaginal and measured the baby at 8 weeks 2 days with a heart rate of 171, I was EXTREME RELIEVED, i almost had a heart attack. Have you had any close calls or scary moments with your pregnancy and how did you cope?
