Breakfast ideas for queasy mornings?

Hi ladies!

First post here.  I was wondering if any of you have suggestions for breakfasts on days where your stomach is being fussy?  I usually have mild m/s from about 2 am to 7 am ( no puking yet!)  and then I need to leave for work by 7:30.  I teach little kids so I can't really snack again until 10:00 am, except for a quick cracker here and there.  What has worked for you guys on queasy mornings, that's still reasonably filling but not going to set off nausea?  Right now the only thing that seems to do it is a flax waffle and banana slices, but that's getting old :)
