Summer Sanders prenatal workout

Just tried it. Not to bad of a workout. Made me break a sweat. It's no 30 day shred lol but definitely a keeper for pregnancy. One thing is my biceps and shoulders are sore. :) But note seeing as I just had a baby 3 months ago my fitness level is not the highest it is still a decent one you could combined with yoga and walk/running.
