Chest pains anyone?

Over the past few weeks i've been having chest pains on and off. Only time while pregnant I've ever felt like this is late 2nd trimester and 3rd trimester. Considering I'm not that far along I'm not sure if I should just chuck it up to increased blood flow or think about seeing the doctor sooner then my appointment in 2 weeks. Anyone else getting chest pains?
