No more breast soreness?

I am 6 weeks pregnant, and for the past 3 weeks I have had horrific breast soreness and insomnia, however 2 days ago both just seemed to stop. Has this happened to anyone else? Is this anything that I should be worried about? I am not bleeding or spotting (signs of m/c), but it seems strange that the symptoms would just spontaneously cease. Any thoughts?
