What a rollercoaster ride!!

Am I ever going to get off this rollercoaster ride.  Yesterday as many of you read I got good news about my progesterone going up from 7.2 to 39 but my HGC levels only increase from 4100 to 4900.  My doctor seem pleased so I asked if I can have an ultrasound.  Luckily they had room for us today so this morning I went in.  We only saw a sac, no baby... the sac is measuring close to what my doctor thinks how far I am which at the least is 5-6 weeks from ovulation...Did any of you gals not see anything on your internal ultrasound at that time?... I just wish this rollercoaster would give me much needed answers!! I will get more blood work results tomorrow. Just wish I knew!!
