I am one who is not giving up caffeine although I did tremendously cut back when I was going through fertility treatments to prepare for if I ever got pregnant. Well, coffee (my dear friend and longtime lover) has not sounded good to me at all in the mornings - nothing has.
I drink water throughout the day and for the past two days, around 1pm, I have had a can of Diet Coke (I'm probably getting some eye rolls from the anti-sweetener people) and have actually been able to keep my eyes open until 4:30pm when I get off of work.
So, if you're experiencing extreme fatigue like me, you might give that a try if you haven't already . It's the only thing getting me through the day!
