Anyone else still really crampy?

I was a bit crampy in the beginning, then it went away.  Now, since this past weekend I have been really crampy again.  It is only on one side, but it is really annoying and becoming more frequent.

Is this really just baby growing?  I had a doctors appointment yesterday and all was fine.  Baby is growing right on schedule and had a good heartbeat.  They didn't really seem concerned about the cramps. 

Anyone else still getting these cramps?  Oh, and I am currently 7w2d.
