Trash and a dead bug in my examining room

So we recently moved into the area and I was trying to find an ob practice with a midwife (which is harder than you think!) I found one and made an appointment, they saw me right away at 7 weeks. What skeeved me out was that the hospital was very old and decrepit, water stains on the ceiling tiles, trash and a dead bug in my examining room. The people were nice and the midwife was nice, but she didn't take overly long with me, 10 minutes at most and so I feel like if I am going there for care from a midwife, but she is giving me as much time as a doctor, I might as well go to doctor. There are nicer hospital's in the area, with new labor and delivery rooms and "spa-like bathrooms". I feel like If I a going to push out something the size of a melon through the size of a lemon, I want to be in the nicest possible surroundings. So my question is this..is it wrong to change practices based on the hospital I want to deliver in??
