Help me think of questions to ask potential daycare providers

I am starting to look for daycare (yes, I know it's really early, but finding infant openings are difficult here) and we have our first meeting tomorrow night. I have a bunch of questions already, but was hoping you could list yours so I can add to my list.

I hate even thinking about leaving my child with someone else for so much time.
