Red spotting at 5 wks

Please feel free to share your "I was spotting red early on, and everything turned out great" stories. 

I woke up this morning, and there was super light pink on the tp after I peed.  Went back in 15 minutes later (because, you know, I can't go longer than 15 minutes without peeing. LOL) and now it was bright red.  Still very light spotting, but it was, in fact, red.  I'm going to keep an eye on it, and if it gets worse in the next hour before I go to work, I'm gonna call my doc and see if they can squeeze me in, or what they suggest.  Not gonna lie, I'm completely freaking out.
