I started spotting on Saturday morning, and by early Sunday morning, it had progressed into heavier bleeding with lots of clots and cramping.  DH and I went to the ER at about 3 am on Sunday morning.  They confirmed that I had miscarried with an ultrasound.  We had seen a heartbeat about a week and half before.  I was absolutely devastated on Sunday, but yesterday was a bit better, and today is better still.  The good news is, we saw my normal OB yesterday and we have the green light to start trying again right away, so that helps as well.  It took us eight months of trying to get here the first time, so hopefully the next time we'll get lucky in the first few months.
