I'm not a coffee drinker, but I do love my tea.
I read that most herbal teas should be avoided as well as taking in too much caffeine.
Does anyone know if Chai is safe to drink? Or plain mint or spearmint tea?
I'm normally an Earl Grey fiend, but I think I'm better avoiding that due to the caffeine content?
Any other tea drinkers out there who know more about this than I do?
