Can't decided: to tell or not to tell

I was planning on telling some of our close friends (who are also our neighbors) tonight when we take the kids trick-or-treating. I was going to "dress-up" like a pregnant lady and then tell them we are really expecting. Now I am kinda chickening out. I don't know why, I really want to tell them but I am so nervous something will happen. The other problem is some other neighbors will be there who we are not so close to so they will end up finding out too.

I guess I just talked myself into waiting
