the worst congestion. cannot breathe out of my nose

And my doctor didn't provide a safe list of meds though I know it would be limited anyway. I seriously can't breathe at all out of my nose and feel like I am choking when I start to drift off to sleep. I plan to call the after hours line tomorrow, but does anyone have any recommendations for this evening? TIA!
