diflucan...
So I have had an EXTREME yeast infection that started a week ago. Either way I did all the OTC things suggested so my doctor prescribed me diflucan. Two 1 dose pills. I took the first and then started looking up things. It's totally not safe for pregnancy and can cause congenital abnormalities when taken in high doses daily in the first trimester. I waited to take my second dose until it got so bad I had to!
No needless to say I'm worried and my OB didn't have much to say. Sometimes I think google can be a little too intense but I'm hoping that two one time doses won't hard my child.
If anyone has any home suggestions for curing this please let me know. And send up thoughts and prayers for no harm done!
