PAL first tri is scary

I had my appt with the OB coordinator at the office today. She asked a million questions about family medical history, lifestyle, etc. She told me about the practice and all the appointments and how it works. I told her about my previous m/c and asked for another u/s sooner rather than later to help my nervousness. She said I can have one in another week, but not to expect one every visit. I guess I got spoiled at the REs office getting a u/s at every visit.

Still struggling w/ nausea and food aversions. She said my pee sample showed I'm not drinking enough either. So...public service announcement for you ladies - drink fluids often.
