Subchorionic hemorrhage (subchorionic hematoma)?

Have any of you been told that your spotting was due to subchorionic hemorrhage (subchorionic hematoma)? If so, did it just go away on its own? I was really worried about the spotting (it only happened once) but after an ultrasound my doctor said I had a very small hemorrhage...she didn't seem too concerned about it and said it should "resolve itself"... Anyone have experience with this???
