I'm a big time coffee drinker. Typically I'll have a cup at home, a giant travel mug on my way to work, a cup at work, and then potentially another cup in the afternoon. (It's bad, I know.)
Now I'm suddenly stuck having one tiny cup in the morning to get me through the day! I'm not even sure if I'm supposed to have that, but if I don't I know I'll end up with horrible headaches until I wean myself down a little.
I can't tell if my exhaustion is from the pregnancy, the lack of coffee, or both. Any advice on how to try and keep my energy level up and replace the coffee in my life?
